Entering the house through its iron door, we find a cozy hall with marble finishes, joined to a bright living room-library that through an airy corridor gives access to a beautiful dining room with a high ceramic wainscot that forms a harmonious pattern that it is repeating itself, in the style of the time. Next to it there is a large fully equipped kitchen from which we access the pleasant garden patio mentioned with a relaxation area with sofas and sun loungers and a covered area where you can eat and enjoy pleasant moments with your family.
On the ground floor there is also one of the bedrooms with a double bed, as well as an interior room and an en-suite room, which can be used as a dressing room.
Through an elegant typical Catalan staircase from the beginning of the 20th century, with ceramic riser, iron railing and a high ceiling with wooden beams, you access the first floor, where we find a room with a double bed with a balcony, a full bathroom with a bathtub and two more double bedrooms.
At the end of the distributor, there is access to the terrace that is on the landscaped patio, which provides a lot of light to the entire floor and on one side there is a small laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
Sant Feliu de Guíxols is a municipality that belongs to the Baix Empordà region, traditionally considered the capital of the Costa Brava. It is an important tourist and seafaring town, with an important mountainous and forest part, at the foot of the Massif de l’Ardenya-Cadiretes, with innumerable trails and fantastic coves and views from the peaks and from the cliffs over the sea.
