Welcome to our apartment, ideal for a relaxing vacation with all the comforts. Enjoy a comfortable stay with air conditioning, heating, and access to communal areas with a pool and garden.
Climate Control
- Air conditioning: Available in the living room and the master bedroom. Controlled via remote.
- Fans: Three portable fans, one in each bedroom.
- Heating: Gas heating throughout the apartment. The boiler is located in the kitchen and controlled from the living room, to the right of the entrance.
Communal Areas
- Pool and garden: Located on the ground floor, accessible through the parking area.

- Outdoor: Communal pool, solarium, barbecue with utensils, outdoor shower, furnished terrace, balcony, and available crib.
- Bathroom, Kitchen & Electronics:
- Bathroom: Shower, bathtub, hairdryer.
- Kitchen: Refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, deep fryer, tableware, and basic cooking essentials.
- Laundry: Washing machine, drying rack, iron, ironing board.
- Electronics: Smart TV, sound system, vacuum cleaner.
House Rules
- No parties or young groups allowed(bachelor/bachelorette parties, events on the private terrace, etc.).
- Respect communal areas, keeping the pool and garden in perfect condition.
- No smoking allowed.
- Pets are welcome.
- Tourist tax is not included in the price.
- The guest will receive a link to complete their check-in by providing personal details and signing before arrival.
