The flat features a full kitchen and bathroom with hydro-massage shower, and living room with dining table for up to 3 people, decorated in a modern style.

Important Information:

- Pets of any kind are not allowed.

- It is not allowed to make noise between 23:00 and 8:00.

- Tourist tax is not included in the price.

- Guests will receive a link where they will have to check-in by adding their personal details and signature prior to arrival.

- Late check-in has an additional cost of 35€ from 20h to 22h or 50€ from 22h to 00h.

- An intermediate cleaning may be required for bookings of more than 2 months.
