Welcome to our home!
Our apartment is located in a very privileged area right at the heart of Barcelona. This allows you to be close to Las Ramblas, the Gothic Quarter and the port, as well as to all the leisure and restaurant services you can imagine.
It is spacious and cozy and fully equipped to make you feel like home.
As for the layout, you will find four bedrooms, each one of them with a private bathroom.
Room 1: 1 double bed, 1 single bed, 1 private bathroom and access to the balcony
Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, 1 private bathroom and access to balcony
Bedroom 3: 1 double bed, 1 private bathroom and access to terrace
Bedroom 4: 1 double bed and 1 private bathroom
The kitchen/dining room is spacious and perfect to enjoy meals with your family and friends.
On the other hand, you will have a public parking (for a fee) only 50m away and the subway only 100m away.

To keep in mind:
We appreciate your good behavior and respect for the rest of neighbors, the hours of silence is from 22:00 to 8:00. (The deposit will not be refunded if this rule is not respected).
Celebrations such as bachelor parties or birthdays are not allowed.
*The guest will receive a link where he/she will have to pay the tourist tax imposed by the local government (not included in the final price of the accommodation).
In the same link also, you will have to register each guest, add your personal data and sign the contract prior to arrival.
*Late check-in has an additional cost of 35€ from 20h to 22h or 50€ from 22h to 00h.
