On the first floor there is a complete bathroom.
Upstairs are the bedrooms, both with single beds, one with a door and the other overlooking the living room.
You have a direct access terrace of 15 m² and a larger one outside.
It has a garden of almost one hectare to share with the apartment on the lower floor in case it is occupied.
It is located in a very quiet urbanization that was originally exclusively for this type of constructions.
It is an ideal place to disconnect and practice sports, the nearest ski slopes are 20 minutes away.
Important information:
- There is thermostat and fireplace, but use the fireplace with great caution.
- Late check-in has an additional cost of 35 € from 8 pm to 10 pm or 50 € from 10 pm to 00 am.
-The guest will receive a link where he/she will have to make the payment of the tourist tax imposed by the local government (not included in the final price of the accommodation).- In the same link also, you will have to register each guest, add your personal data and sign the contract prior to arrival.
- An intermediate cleaning may be required for bookings of more than 2 months.
